I support my family by spending my working hours helping others fullfill their goals of either buying or selling a home. Early in my career I realized that doing the best for my clients requires a full time commitment. As laws have changed over the years so have the responsibilities and liabilities of the Buyers, the Sellers, and their Agents. No matter how much we may long for the days when a "handshake" was as good as a written contract, it just isn’t that way any more. The law requires certain steps be taken and disclosures made when you buy or sell, whether your agent is an expert, a novice, or you deal directly with the other party.
